업무내용
자격요건 |
[담당업무]
- Lead to manage customer and Restaurant complaints related to supplier,s legality, food safety, and quality, by communicating with purchasing, SCM development, communications, suppliers, restaurant operations, and DC
- Lead stock recovery by communicatiing with DC, suppliers, and operations
- Validate product yield and organize restaurant tests as necessary for the change of product or package
- Manage internal database of suppliers & products, such as SWA, MERLIN, and RIZEPOINT
[자격요건]
- 5years plus experience of QA in F&B or OSR insustry
- High level of English proficiency
- Skills of communication, data analysis, and problem solving
