자격요건
[담당업무]
? Enable Media led growth by defining vision and media strategies.
? Be the trusted internal Media consultant for local/regional Brand teams & Media Agencies.
? Lead media innovation & work with management to implement as tests or scaled roll-outs.
? Handle Planning & Buying of all Media types, including TV, Digital, in-mall media.
? Lead media operations (media Value tracking, delivery tracking, controls & stewardship).
? Lead Agency management, including KPI evaluation, agency structure definition.
[자격요건]
? Deep understanding of Korean media landscape & trends
? 7+ years experience in media strategy with experience in online/Fintech/travel a plus
? In depth knowledge & validated results in using data to drive media strategy
? Understanding of and shown ability to drive performance marketing
? Adept at fostering change & driving innovation
? Ability to influence internally & externally
