   자격요건
[담당업무]
- 글로벌 S/W솔루션 기업 Product의 Enterprise Support Engineer
- Customer Service Technical Support work for Commercial customers (Create case / Chat and voice support)
- I/B Call or Remote Assistance
- Reporting issues, analyzing products and logging bugs
- Provide technical support for enterprise customers via telephone, chat and written
- Engage and collaborate with other groups in client company including escalation teams
in gaining resolution to critical, complex issues
- IT service desk
[자격조건]
[필수]
- 3~5년 enterprise (Commercial customer) technical support experiences in IT industry
- Basic Network knowledge
- English proficiency
- Strong communication skill (Verbal/Written)
[우대]
- 컴퓨터 관련 학과 졸업
- MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems engineer) on Window sever (OS/AD)
