업무내용

[담당업무]
Manage the overall owned media strategy as well as execution across all app, outbound messaging as well as in web channels.
Be responsible for designing customer journey based user engagement methodology to optimize conversion.
Own the overall marketing database, including but not limited to: database acquisition, cleansing and segmentation.
Own, drive, and report on crucial owned media efficiency metrics as open, click through, conversion and bounce rates.
Assist the operations and customer support teams in implementing curriculum and support focused customer notifications; as well as managing customer response / action based triggers.
Analyze creative data and make recommendations to the Creative designers
Come up with a hypothesis and test it scientifically to consolidate learnings, thereby increasing the baseline of the team's quality.
Document findings in a structured way to contribute to the company's global knowledge base
Collaborate with international peers in other geographical markets to keep the highest possible baseline of quality in your campaigns.
Hire other highly skilled team members
[자격요건]
Required: Understanding of multi-channel marketing automation tools (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, Insider and Humus On)
3-7 years of hands-on database or owned media marketing experience
Fluent in Korean and English (advanced writing and speaking English skills)
Experience with creative experimentation
Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A natural strategist
Makes fast business decisions that prove to be profitable
Nice to have -
SQL
Understanding of ad platforms algorithms
Experience with MMP (Adjust, Singular, AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.)
Experience with consumer tech companies
Experience with fast-paced, high-growth startups
