업무내용

[담당업무]
1. DIGITAL CONTENT
? Develop, produce and edit photographic, graphic, and video content for use in primarily digital channels tailored to the platform.
? Participate in content planning and curation.
? Support digital content production for Communications and other departments.
? Support content management on the website.
2. EDITORIAL CONTENT
? Manage production and printing of MSF Korea’s Annual Report, quarterly news magazines, and other publications, and manage publication stock.
? Support reviewing and proofreading content for publications.
? Provide production support to other departments for their publications.
? Follow and safeguard that the messages and tone of content are in line with the MSF’s core principles, communications policies, editorial style, and institutional identity
3. VISUAL CONTENT MANAGEMENT
? Ensure the visual identity of the organization and the consistent tone and style of visual content across different channels.
? Manage graphic, photographic and video assets.
? Ensure MSF logo is used in adherence to logo guidelines.
? Manage the list of external vendors and partners (design / video production agencies and freelancers) and communicate and liaise with them on content production projects
4. EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS MATERIALS
? Design key visuals for, banners, backdrops and other display materials, and PowerPoint presentations for Communications events.

[자격요건]
1. ESSENTIAL SKILLS
? Genuine commitment to MSF’s humanitarian principles
? Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia content production
? Experience with CMS, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
? Knowledge of what types of content do well on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
? Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
? Ability to work independently and proactively, moving projects from concept to launch, with multiple deadlines
2. DESIREABLE SKILLS
? Photography and/or videography skills
? Experience in producing print publications
? Experience working with a NGO or non-profit organization
? Knowledge and interest in humanitarian issues and international affairs
