- Brand Planning
# Develop annual marketing plans with clear objectives and sound strategies for specific brands and trade channels)
# Work in integration with the commercial team for accurate sales forecast and maintain inventory level at company target level
# Monitor and report various aspects of brand performance through field visits, research, trade responses on a regular basis
- Consumer recruitment, retention and engagement
# Manage and work with all external agencies to ensure clear understanding of brands’ objectives and agencies. Work with them closely to
develop and implement activities to the highest level of professional excellence.
# Monitoring, control and evaluation of all advertising and promotion spend. Ensure deployment is done effectively and efficiently
- Business Development
# Rationalization of product mix to improve brand contribution
[자격요건]
- Relevant marketing and commercial leadership experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment
- Possessing industry over 8 years experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable
- Inspiring, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, innovative
- Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
