[담당업무]
ON/ OFF TRADE ACTIVATIONS
- Manage Hit Lists, execute and implement exceptional activations with trade partners that leverage
consumer experience at point of purchase
- Create Joint Business Plans that enhance and support trade partnerships while growing our brands
- Support sales and our customers on bespoke activities and consumer initiatives
- Develop integrated cross brand activations
MARKETING
- Develop Annual Commercial Strategy & Plans for the respective lead brands
- Leverage business analysis including sales, market trends, competition, consumer behaviorto identify
opportunities for growth
- Support and implement core marketing strategies in the trade
- A&P Budget management for respective lead brand
? POSM Development and Budget Management (including managing agencies for development)
Operational excellence
- Lead the cross functional engagement through regular internal meeting cycle e.g. monthly sales &
marketing meeting, S&OP meeting, enhancing operational excellence
- Track and monitor effectiveness of sales calls and productivities through Aspire and Qlik sense
[자격요건]
? 10-15 years of work experience
? Affinity to retail experience is an advantage
? Experience in trade marketing/ retail marketing/ category management is required
? High degree of commercial sense with value-added solution mindset; customer focused
? Strong inter-personal skills to operate in a team environment and cross functionally
? Strong planning and organization skills
? Proactive, highly motivated, energetic, ability to respond quickly and effectively
? Attentive to details and results-oriented
? An appreciation of luxury, quality, lifestyle and comfortable with the drinking environment
? Fluency in English
