[담당업무]
- Supervise all payroll and benefit administrations for Fashion Group Korea, covering 4 brands/entities including review of their work done from outsourcing agency
- Review all monthly/quarterly/yearly reports for all brands of all locations to be submitted to HQs
- In charge of all statutory reports for Korea
- Coordinate payroll approval for all brands of Korea
- Document work processes as to compile a C&B working manual. Identify risks and opportunities on controls, and propose improvement on work processes on an ongoing basis
- Work close with HRBPs to understand how the team performs and how the team can better support the HRBPs
- Act as an advisor to HRBPs for ordinance updates
- Support on policy and procedures review, such as the documentation and communication
[자격요건]
- University graduate in human resources management, business management or any science related discipline
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, benefit administration and statutory reporting for Hong Kong, ideally from a multi-brand/multi-entity environment
- With at least 2 years of supervisory experience. A good listener.
- Attentive to details, curious of the day to day, able to challenge oneself on efficiency & effectiveness
- Good command of excel
