업무내용
자격요건 |
[담당업무] - Drive Sales Performance # Develop sales strategies and build effective business relationship in Off Premise Channels including Specialized Retail, Department, Mass retail, E-business and B2B # Deliver commercial objectives and grow market share by achieving team annual sales target. Target measurement includes but is not limited to sales volume & revenue, ASP, NSI in relation to Fund to trade support management - Excellence in Merchandising & Execution # Drive excellence in merchandising in the areas of Planogram, product facing, listing & distribution and instore displays # Explore category management opportunities through a joint retailer-supplier process # Formulate brand promotion with marketing team, set yearly promotion calendar and ensure promotions are carried out efficiently and effectively within budget and timeline - Market Environment and Competitor Analysis # Provide timely communication on market environment and competitor analysis # Monthly survey on retail pricing and provide commentary on key promotion in trade - Trade Relationship # Maintain effective and smooth trade relationship with Key account clients via day-to-day operations in order to optimize operational effectiveness, business performance and goodwill # Maintain an updated sales call schedule and survey with core brands. Review and propose new call frequencies and cycles in relation to the business need.
[자격요건] - Relevant sales and key account management experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment - Possessing industry experience in FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable - Consistent business achievement with capability of leading sizable team, building team capabilities and transforming commercial organization - Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with ability in strategic planning, managing P&L and analysing financial data - Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with good understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and competition - Fluent in English in both written and speaking. Other language capability will be a plus.
