업무내용

[담당업무]
Internal control (70%)
- Drive and support business owners to assess their process as part of the Group internal control self-assessment Campaign
- Be an operation-minded business partner to enhance, troubleshoot, improve, and create new processes
- Evaluate the implementation of internal control procedures, by testing the design and efficiency of the controls
- Ongoing follow up of action plans defined and make sure actions are on track
- Identifies and shares relevant information, best practices and documentation with company Internal Control community
Audit(30%)
- Perform regular stores audits
- Perform HQ audit, depending on risks identified on the yearly road map: payroll, bidding, payment…
For both, set up relevant action plans to address identified weaknesses and follow up plans.
[자격요건]
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting or management controlling
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as Internal controller or auditor
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially advanced use of Excel
- English mandatory (both written and spoken)
