업무내용
자격요건 |
[담당업무]
- Work with GM in developing and implementing short term & long term company vision, strategy, and priorities in line with the company vision & value
- Establish Marketing brand strategies based on consumer and business insights
- Lead and execute marketing strategies through excellent marketing program implementation including digital activities
- Management of Marketing operations for seamless support of key channel priorities and operations
- Define, propose & develop the innovations & NPDS for brand equity and future growth including Key role in Delivering the targeted Sales & Profit
- People management to improve marketing team’s capabilities and skills
- Monitor costs and budgets
- Closely work with Cross function team to achieve Company Goals
[자격요건]
- Minimum: University level education or equivalent
- Strong command of English
- Minimum: +12 years of marketing or brand management experience, in the cosmetics industry or FMCG industries
- An international background is appreciated
- Strategic & Strong ownership
- Results-oriented/driven with a positive outlook
- High standards of personal ethics and Integrity and respect toward others
- Highly organized and able to work in a large matrix environment
- Excellent communicator, with leadership, Team spirit, positive mindset, driving Harmony & Synergy across the organization
