업무내용
자격요건 |
[담당업무]
- Lead the Budget process and Budget preparation on sales, margin, Headcount / FTE and
expenses, including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Internal department forecast plan
review.
- Support the budget preparation on financials, bridge analysis and presentation
- Lead the month end process on financial reporting, ensuring monthly financial statement
shall present a true and fair view of the financial position
- Monthly management reports preparation including variance analysis and providing
insightful comments vs. historical and forecast
- Execute business performance analytics including rolling forecast, support retail price
positioning analysis, store opening, investment, and inventory management
- Partner with internal control manager to ensure that the internal controls in place are
adequate and in compliance with all corporate governance requirements and participate
to the annual / regular retail store audits.
- Ad hoc projects: investment planning, country takeover, e-commerce, store opening /
renovation (including preparation of business cases to request Capex authorisation),
lease negotiation, network review, etc.
[자격요건]
- Bachelor’s Degree in business ? a certification in Accounting is a plus
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- International & Retail experience
- Excellent analytical and organization skills
- Fluent in English
- Must be proficient in Excel and Power Point
