[Job Description]
- Drive accountability across the Digital Media business in relation to the lifecycle of Global SW Business customers, ensuring all blocks
to improved customer sales outcomes are proactively handled across all routes to market.
- Partner with sales leadership peers to build and lead a balanced sales improvement plan that spans the entire SW Digital Media
landscape.
- Pro-actively lead sales execution improvement initiatives across the full span of the SW account.
- Establish a regular cadence (weekly, bi-weekly) of reviews involving key partners from SW Business Direct to examine critical metrics,
build recommendations and own actions to continually improve execution.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with worldwide peers to evaluate efficiency of programs and the impact of operational
strategies. Look for ways to both bring and share best practice to constantly improve the execution of our business.
- Act as the primary escalation point for the account at the site level, owning resolution of roadblocks to success for SW Company.
[Requirements]
- Min. 10+ years’ experience in contact center management industry
- Min. 5+ years’ experience leading a sales LOB
- Strong financial management acumen. Understanding of P&L
- Strong understanding of contracts and key BPO dynamics governing them
- Proven client relationship management skills
- Robust experience of driving key sales metrics
- Fundamentally a strong people manager. Should be able to guide a team to success
- Business Level English skills
