자격요건
[담당업무]
1. Customer Technical Support:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone/email.
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, reagents.
- Monitor instruments proactively via dashboard tools.
2. Case Management:
- Use support systems to track and resolve cases.
- Collaborate with off-hours and local teams.
3. Customer Satisfaction:
-Maintain composure in difficult situations.
-Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
4. Cross-functional Coordination:
-Work with internal teams to resolve recurring or complex issues.
-Promote remote support as the primary point of contact.
[자격요건]
Education:
-Bachelor's in Clinical Lab, Biomedical Engineering, or Life Sciences.
-Master’s in Biology/Human Biochemistry is a plus.
Experience:
-At least 6 years of experience in:
Clinical lab operations
Field application support
Troubleshooting lab systems and reagents
Language Proficiency:
-Must be fluent in the language of Korean & English
-Proficiency in English for internal communication and documentation.
