[담당업무]
-Act as legal counsel and support business growth by advising on potential international M&A, equity investment and joint venture deals. Work closely with internal clients to develop legal strategy on new businesses and investments, oversee the engagement of outside counsel and facilitate the negotiation and execution of cross-border transactions with counterparts.
-Review, draft, negotiate, interpret and approve highly complex commercial contracts, including licenses and other technology transaction agreements. Manage day-to-day project and corporate affairs.
-Research and advise on legal issues. Oversee all work being performed by outside counsel relating to assigned matters.
[자격요건]
- Juris Doctor degree or equivalent
- Number of years of relevant professional experience: 3 or more years at a US law firm
